Return policy

At Felinoor, we are committed to providing quality products and excellent customer service. If, for any reason, you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you have the option to return your item in accordance with the conditions outlined below.

Right of Withdrawal
In accordance with current legal provisions, you have 14 calendar days from the receipt of your order to exercise your right of withdrawal without providing any justification. During this period, you may return any purchased product, provided it meets the conditions described in this policy.

Return Conditions
For a return to be accepted, the products must meet the following criteria:

  • Product Condition: The product must be returned in its original condition, unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging.
  • Accessories: All accessories, spare parts, and documentation, including instruction manuals, must be included in the return package.
  • If the product shows signs of use or damage, Felinoor reserves the right to refuse the return or deduct an amount from the refund.

Return Procedure
To return a product, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact us at contact@felinoor.com or by phone at +33 1 87 54 96 02 within 14 days of receiving your order, providing your order number and the details of the product you wish to return.
  2. We will then send you the necessary instructions to complete the return, along with the address to which the package should be sent.
  3. Carefully pack the product in its original packaging, including all accessories and related documents, and ship it to the address we provide.

Return Shipping Costs
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, except in the case of a defective product or an error on our part during order fulfillment.

Refund
Once we have received and inspected the returned product, we will send you a confirmation email. If the product meets our return criteria, we will process a refund for the full amount of your order, including initial delivery charges (except in the case of a partial return), within 10 business days from the receipt of the return.
The refund will be made via the same payment method used during the purchase. In the case of a partial return, only the returned items will be refunded, and not the shipping costs.

Non-refundable Products
Certain categories of products cannot be returned or refunded, except in the case of a defect:

  • Customized or made-to-order products.
  • Products that have been damaged or modified by the customer.
  • Sale or clearance items, unless otherwise stated.

Defective Products or Order Errors
If you receive a defective product or your order contains an error, please contact us immediately at contact@felinoor.com. We will cover the return shipping costs and send you a replacement or process a refund based on your preference.
